Selection and Admission Procedure for Maharashtra NEET Counseling 2020
Registration:
Through the online mode, the candidates have to register themselves for the counseling process.
Fill all the required data in the application form.
Candidates are required to pay the counseling fee at the time of registration, the fee being Rs. 1000 / - + bank fee.
Fees can be paid through SBI Bank Challan.
Candidates should take a printout of the filled application for further reference.
Residence rules for admission to MBBS in Maharashtra
Aspirants should be domiciled in Maharashtra.
Applicant must have passed SSC (10th) or equivalent examination from a school / junior college located in the state of Maharashtra.
OR- The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination i.e. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC / 12th class) or equivalent examination from a school / junior college in Maharashtra.
OR- Children of MH State Government employees or on deputation or on transfer
Merit list:
Once registration is complete, a merit list will be prepared.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in NEET 2020.
The merit list of candidates is prepared to shortlist the candidates for the verification process.
Document Verification:
The candidates listed in the merit list are eligible for the document verification process.
Candidates will have to carry the original documents along with photocopies to individual documents for verification.
If the candidates do not follow the rules and fail to produce the relevant documents, they will be disqualified.
After document verification, the new merit list is published.
Filling
Candidates will be able to film the options through online mode.
Candidates should fill the maximum option.
After the final submission, the options cannot be changed.
Take a printout of the filled options.
Seat allocation:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list, the choices they have filled and the availability of seats.
The seat allotment to the candidates will be intimated through online mode.
Reporting to the allotted college:
As per the seat allocation, candidates have to report to the allotted college.

Maharashtra MBBS Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria
