Chhattisgarh NEET counselling 2020 will start from the third week of June. The counselling of Chhattisgarh NEET 2020 will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Raipur. It will be an online process and will be conducted in two rounds. A third (mop-up) round of Chhattisgarh NEET counselling will be conducted if any seats are left vacant after the conclusion of the second round. This round of counselling, unlike the previous two rounds, will be conducted offline.
Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Chhattisgarh NEET 2020 will have to register on the official website of DME, Raipur. They also need to qualify NEET 2020to be eligible to participate in the counselling process of this state.

Process of Chhattisgarh NEET counselling 2020
Registration
Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Chhattisgarh NEET 2020 need to register on the official website of the DME. Steps for online registration have been given below.
- Go to cgdme.co.in
- Register using a valid email Id and mobile number
- Fill the details in the application form carefully
- Set a password and a choose a security question
- Check the application form thoroughly before submitting it
- Pay the registration fee of Rs 1000
- Login ID and password will be sent to the registered email ID
Choice filling
After the registration process is complete a candidate needs to submit the choices (course/ college) for the Chhattisgarh NEET 2020 counselling. He/ she has to log in to the registered account on the official website and provide the choices.
Candidates must note that the option to fill-in the choices will be given only once. Thus, they are advised to fill as many choices as possible. Also, they must keep in mind that choices once submitted cannot be changed.
Seat allotment list
The competent authority will allocate the seats on the basis of candidate’s merit in NEET 2020 and the choices submitted by him/ her. Seats left vacant after the first round of Chhattisgarh NEET counselling 2020 will be allocated to the candidates in the second round.
An offline mop-up round of Chhattisgarh NEET 2020 counselling will be conducted to fill the seats left vacant after the second round.
Document verification and reporting to the allocated institute
The candidates who wish to retain the seat allocated to them need to report to the respective institute for confirmation of their admission. He/ she must carry all the documents in original and an attested copy of each for verification.
Candidates wishing to retain the seat must be present physically during the verification of the documents. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of his/ her candidature.
