Haryana MBBS Counselling 2020 – Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, is the conducting authority of Haryana MBBS 2020 counselling for the eligible candidates. The first two rounds will be conducted in online mode and the mop round for Haryana NEET counselling will be conducted manually. Eligible medical aspirants can apply for the counselling procedure. Applicants can process their Haryana MBBS counselling 2020 after the releasing of merit list. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the Haryana MBBS 2020 counselling and the choice which will be filled by the candidates. The Haryana merit list will be tentatively released in the second week of July 2020. The merit list includes the name of such applicants who have successfully registered themselves for the Haryana MBBS counselling. Counselling will be conducted for filling 85% state quota seats in government and government-aided colleges whereas counselling for remaining 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats is conducted by DGHS on behalf of MCC. Additionally, all available seats in private medical and dental colleges will also be filled through Haryana MBBS counselling 2020. Selection & Counselling Process for Haryana NEET Counselling 2020

• The admission process will be done in offline mode. The counseling will be done on the basis of the Merit list of NEET 2020.
• After the declaration of results, candidates are invited to the counseling process.
• The Counselling will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) through online mode.
• Before the counseling process, candidates have to fill the choices for the colleges.
• Seat allotment will be done on the basis of NEET score and the choices of their preference.
• Candidates have to report to the allotted college for admission in MBBS.
• After the payment of admission fees, the candidate’s admission will be confirmed.

Online Registration for NEET Haryana Counselling 2020

• The counseling will be conducted in online mode.
• Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Science Rohtak is the conducting body of counseling and admission.
• Counseling will be done on the basis of state merit list and NEET rank.
• To take part in state quota registration, candidates have to fill the registration form.

Eligibility Criteria for NEET Haryana Counselling 2020

• The candidates having the domicile in Haryana state are eligible to apply for Haryana MBBS Admission 2020.
• Age limit is above 17 years of age.
• Candidates should have passed the 10 + 2 class with a minimum 50% marks in PCB.
• 40% marks are required for SC/ST/OBC category candidates and 45% marks are required for PWD candidate.
• Candidate should have passed 12th class from CBSE/ Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English.
• Candidates must have to qualify the NEET 2020 exam with at least 50%, 45% for UR-PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/SC-PWD/ST-PWD and OBC-PWD candidates.

Reservation Criteria

The reservation will be calculated after deducting the 15% seats of AIQ and NRI seats. The final reservation of seats will be provided at the time of counselling as per the policy of state government. The reservations of seats are as follows:

• Schedule Castes: 20%
• Backward Classes:
  • Block- ‘A’ (excluding creamy layer): 16%
  • Block- ‘B’ (excluding creamy layer): 11%
• Physically Handicapped Locomotor Disability (PHL): 3%
