Jharkhand NEET-UG 2020 will be launched in June 2020. Jharkhand NEET Counseling 2020 will be conducted by JCECE Board (Jharkhand Joint Entrance Competitive Examination) based on NEET scores obtained by the candidates. Admission to MBBS / BDS courses for 15% all India quota seats will be done by MCC through NEET counseling.

For the remaining 85% seats of NEET 2020, Jharkhand State Consultation will be done by JCECE Board in August 2020. From 2019 onwards, admissions to medical colleges will be done on the basis of NEET marks only.

After the declaration of NEET written test result, the state medical authority will release the merit list on the basis of which the candidates will be able to participate in counseling. The JCECE board will publish the names of the candidates who have been selected for counseling as per the cutoff marks. Jharkhand NEET Counseling 2020

Candidates have to visit the official website of Jharkhand Joint Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

Candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully before filling the application form for counseling.

• The candidate has to register them.
• Fill in the details and it should be correct.
• Then proceed to fill the college options and syllabus.
• Lock the seat and wait for the seat allocation result.
• On allotment of the seat, the candidate has to report to the concerned college along with all necessary documents.

If no seats are allotted in the first round, then wait for the second round of counseling.

And similarly, the process will remain the same for all rounds.

Selection and Admission Procedure for Jharkhand NEET Counseling 2020

Counseling will be conducted through online multi-table parallel counseling.

The availability of vacant seats will be published on the website.

After document verification and filling of choice, the candidate will get seat allocation.

The candidate has to appear at the counseling venue, otherwise, the candidature of the candidate will be canceled.

After the first round of counseling is completed, the second round of counseling will be started, for which a new merit list will be published by the authority.

After the allocation of seats, candidates have to report to the college allotted for final admission.

If the candidate fails to report to the allotted college before the last date, or any mistake is found in the documents, their admission will be canceled.

This application form has been released by JCECEB on the official website. Eligible candidates can fill these application forms and register themselves for the counseling process. Once the registration process is successfully completed, all applications received before the last scheduled

 date will be scrutinized by JCECEB. Then the official examination body will prepare a final list category wise which will include the names of all the eligible candidates for admission in the 

MBBS / BDS courses of the state of Jharkhand who will now be called for the counseling process.

Form filling criteria

The candidate should be a citizen of India and a local / permanent resident of Jharkhand.

Candidates belonging to reserved category and reserved seat claim that they have to present their original caste certificate in proper format at the time of counseling,

Students must pass their higher secondary examination from a recognized board with Chemistry, Physics and Biology (PCB Group).

Applicants should have appeared for NEET 2020.
